I offer weekly psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults. I work in a non-directive way, aiming to help you find a better understanding of yourself and giving you space to think differently and make new choices in life. 

My experience encompasses working with particular issues (such as loss, low mood or anxiety) and more complex life situations and crises. 

The psychodynamic approach

In psychodynamic therapy we explore your feelings and thoughts as they come to mind during sessions.  This approach has a psychoanalytic basis, where we reflect on how early experiences and relationships affect our lives as adults in conscious and unconscious ways.
